Significant reduction of serious malodor and prevention of corrosion by H2S

Extremly low capital- and use costs in comparison to conventional methods
Experiences made during our long-term tests have confirmed that we significantly lower consumption costs compared to other processes that do have an approved effectiveness. In particular we can expect a much bigger time slot regarding to restoration costs for the sewers and sewage shafts. Those restorations would cost the cities a lot of money in the near future. Because of those savings communities have much more money for different projects.
Biological mode of action ( not a hazardous material and its not changing the water quality)
SinoAir® is a plant-based biological substance which even in low dosage is able to dismantle sulfur-based molecular structures like H2S and ammonia up to butyric acid.
Innovative mechanic process engineering
SinoAir® is available in different concentrations – water soluble in addition too polluted wastewater and as an oily-concentration to clean exhaust air of in compressed air in waste tanks. All technical processes for contribution and dosing in polluted wastewater are completely mechanic and useable, also in „ex-areas“, without power supply.
In a long-term project of the city Laatzen in Germany (near to Hanover) SinoAir® has been successful tested for the reduction of H2S in open channels and odor removal at pumping-stations and also shafts and will be used in the future. ( See Case Study).
SinoAir© in use
SinoAir© absorbs the odour molecules from the ambient air.
This is done through so-called Clathrates (cage molecules), which absorb the odour molecules into itself. Humans then no longer smell these. The further decomposition process of the odour molecule occurs through the natural progress of the oxidation process by the air/ oxygen mix in the ambient air. That means the proper way to „malodour freedom“ of the ambient air is not shortened by the „encapsulation“ of odour molecule, however the smell is nonetheless not detectable anymore. Through a gas chromatograph, the peak of the absorbed odour molecule at its reference level is no longer visible.
The other part of SinoAir® composition is a mixture of cationic hydrocarbons. These accelerate the natural process of oxidation – „similar“ to an infusion of extremely high concentrations of oxygen.
Cations are electrically charged molecules that migrate to the cathode (negative pole) during electrolysis. Cations arise from molecules or atoms that have made an electron. If these electrically charged molecules diffuse into the surrounding air, they tend to cling onto organic odour complexes. Especially organic odour molecules contain a high number of sulphur and nitrogen groups, which attract the cations because of their negative charge (negative pole). (One can imagine this visually as two bar magnets that want to stick to each other.) Thereby, the electrical charge (electron) is removed from the odour molecule (cation / negative pole), making the chemical compound unstable and consequently decay. The individual fragments of a decayed molecule are often already no longer detectable and are very quickly oxidized by the surrounding atmospheric oxygen (decomposed).
Compared to the natural degradation, degradation with SinoAir® is around 300 – 400 times faster.
The efficiency to disposal odorous substances and pollutants from the air of SinoAir® has been attested by scientific institutes in several tests.
Permanent deployments in different scopes proved the investigation results and the high quality of the products.
Undesirable side effects are not occurring, because in the catalytic decomposition and absorption only physical-biological processes happening.
The substance and their conversion products of biological degradation are harmless for humans, animals and nature.
